My husband has been able to flip eggs since I have known him and by flipping, I mean he absolutely under no circumstances uses any utensils to flip eggs and he just amazes those who watch him and those who love him.
Up until today, he has had no competition in this realm at all. I tried once and failed and knew it wasn't for me. However, up comes little Miss Smarty Pants and she decides today for the very first time she will not only make fried eggs, but she is going to flip them like her Papa does.
I will be forever in awe, she did it and here is the video to show it.
Just for those worried about her, the splatter landed on her tee shirt sleeve, not her!

She is braver than me. I've never mastered flipping anything in a frying pan.
I'm still trying to consistantly flip and over-easy egg. I wish I had started at her age. :)
