Handmade Valentines from Melinda

My digital camera just does not do these wonderful teacher Valentines from Melinda justice at all, but the kids were so excited and happy to see them and to pick one out for each of their teachers.
Now that I have them in hand, I still don't see how she does it. She uses so many different mediums and they are just fantastic. I know their teachers will be surprised when they receive these non-store bought cards.

Buy handmade, it is simply the best investment we can make in each other during these tough economic times.

Purchasing these from Melinda was a no-brainer, I had seen her work and wanted to reach out and help another grandparent raising their grandchildren and Valentines was the perfect time to do this.

I am having difficulty deciding on how to spend my handmade money or where at the end of this month, so if you know of a special sight that sells handmade, let me know and I will check it out.

I would rather give a blog friend or grandparent $15 than to dump it into a large box type store that has more money that most of us won't even get close enough to having.
So, support handmade!

Wish I could buy something. Living on SSI leaves me broke before the middle of the month sometimes! Grandkids make their own valentines. P.S. You are on my permanent prayer list.
