So, I have never liked running and not so sure it is good for my old knees with all the weight they are carrying around, but I started the Couch to 5K today and did my 20 minutes of walking/jogging on the treadmill.
Thank goodness tomorrow is Sunday and a day of rest!
Monday we head out to Seattle for a doctor appointment, so will do day 2 early.
