Bound and determined to feel better and stay out of trouble during my layoff time, I sat down and made a list of what I wanted to get done and then realized I probably wouldn't finish it all and that was fine.
1- Take better care of me
a. Walked 1 mile with Leslie Sansone
b. Had oatmeal for breakfast, cottage cheese for lunch
c. Took my vitamin, Ribose and Calcium
d. Put dinner in the slow cooker
e. Started a load of laundry (notice I didn't say finished)
f. Worked on 4 squares of sons quilt and stopped as planned
g. De-mildewed my shower which led to using a putty knife on the door to scrape
off years of build-up, which led to cleaning the dust out of the bathroom fan, to
washing the window frame, to washing the walls, to cleaning off and out the med.
cabinet, under the sink & drawers, to removing the light bulbs and washing them,
cleaning the louvers on the closet door, cleaning the sink and toilet and then getting
down on hands and knees with bucket and scrub brush and scrubbing the
bathroom floor until it sparkled. **This was not in my plans, I was only going to do
h. Picking up the grands from school
i. Finishing dinner up and eating
j. Reading my bible, which was actually 'A'
k. Taking my anti-inflammatory before bed (Yep, I am so glad I did!)
l. Going to bed
This morning I have plans to do my bible study, take my vitamins, eat a 1/2 bagel and do some morning Yoga. Laundry is already started, hubby is home so I have a list of things for him to finish up and we will see where I go from there.
Maybe back to bed or in the tub to soak some of this Fibro pain away!
