Not Liking Swivel Store At All

So for the past few years I have been saying I want to get a Swivel Store since I am the collector of spices and sometimes I wonder who has more spices, myself or the store.

Seriously, take a look inside my cabinet(s)
In our old house, I used to have them in a plastic box all labeled with the contents, one of the other cabinets had small spice shelving built in and the top shelve had the stair steps for them.

This house I couldn't do that due to the flue in the midst of the 2 sections, so I decided the other night to order from the web-site.
DO NOT DO THIS!!  THEIR WEB-SITE IS A SCAM!!

You place your order and it tells you before they process your order they want to know if you want 20 other items and you continually click NO, NO and oh yeah, NO.

Now remember, they are telling you that your order isn't processed yet and you will get confirmation at the end of this 'we are trying to shove more products down your throat campaign!'

All of a sudden the screen tells me they are sorry, they cannot process my order due to an error.  Hmmmm, not trusting this, I attempt to contact their UNCUSTOMER SERVICE department and get told they are now closed.

So bright and early yesterday, I get an Email they processed my order. You remember the WAIT, you get a second one free pitch?  It isn't free, they charge you for postage, so you pay $19.99 for one and an additional $15.98 for postage which it doesn't cost them.

I checked the FED-EX tracking and FED-EX doesn't even have the package yet, so I contacted their customer service and I will say props to them I wasn't sent overseas.

The man tells me, I will take away $5 from your order if you keep the items?  Why would I do that and only $5??  I want to cancel the order. I am told I cannot cancel and have to wait for it to arrive and then send it back!

So, I got suckered and it is totally my fault, but do yourselves a favor and do what I did and order it off Ebay.

Swivel store is a rip off the way they operate their web-site and sadly I have purchased my Magic Bullet and my Jack LaLane juicer both from As Seen On TV infomercials and never had an issue, but their website leads you to believe your order wasn't processed and then they show up one day and say....SUCKER!!

Shame on Me!!
