My first Apron Swap!

Here it is, my apron for my swap partner at the Flirty Apron Swap. Oh, I am so nervous, I hope she likes it. I am a self-taught sewer and quilter, so knowing & seeing what everyone else can do, makes me soooooooooooooo nervous.

But, my granddaughters like this so much, they want me to make all of us matching aprons. Hmmm, I have never been much of an apron wearer, but this just might get me started!

Of course when you live in Washington state, it is just a given that the fall season feels here already. The sky is gray, it is rainy and cool, the kids went yesterday to meet their teachers for the new year, yes, it is fall in my corner of the world!
