For the many of us who are trying frantically to finish up projects before Christmas, Niki over at Pumpkin County/Just Us Quilters is having a quilt-a-thon. There are no prizes or giveaways involved in this one, however if you need some extra quilting support, tips, etc. -or- you just want to know that you are not alone in trying to get projects done, head on over to Pumpkin County blog by clicking on the button above and tell Niki that I sent you.
I don't know about anyone else, but I can sure remember being the only mouse up in the house last year on Christmas Eve while trying to complete 2 NASCAR nighties for 2 little ones who just knew Santa was bringing them each one.
Right now, I am trying to complete an Advent Calendar, a quilt for Kim Miller who has Stage 4 Rectal/Colon Cancer and another for a young lady who lost her home to a fire. I have been busy, busy, busy!
Just another begging here, click on the Fall Quilt Contest and please go over and vote for my little Acorny quilt and please, please, please have others vote for it.
Speaking of Quiltathons, I am looking for donations or sponsors for Kim Millers quilt. The costs so far for just fabric and batting are up to $75. If you can't sponsor the entire quilt, a portion will help!
