Beyond My Wildest Imagination

I recieved a box in the mail today, I can't even begin to tell you about it and I am sure the pictures I show will not even begin to do it justice, I am amazed, humbled and thankful beyond my wildest imagination.

Awhile back, Debra over at Easily Distracted Debra asked me if I could use some pre-cut fabric and I said I could and she could surprise me with a shape but I would love some triangles. Well, today, I recieved a box and it was full of things...I sure hope she didn't send it to the wrong address.
Look at the pictures. Two quilting books, the kids so want Hobo quilts, buttons I can cover in any fabric of my choice, thread, quilt labels, lace and so many oohs and aahs from the grands as they lovingly unpacked the box. Fabric, fabric and more fabric and this adorable darling little coffee sleeve and with my long commute to work and back this will be so over used!

This Easy Does It pattern came with the fabric to complete the quilt.

I am thinking charity quilt for this particular one as it looks simple and quick and I love those quilts!

As those silly ads on tv say while they are trying to entice you to purchase their products...'BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!' These fabrics were luscious with bright oranges and I can't wait to do something with these colors.

I am feeling a bit woozy, dizzy and like a kid in a candy store, so many things to pick and my mind is running all over, do I want this one or that one. This one I just want to look at , this one I want to drool over.

This red and green will fit perfectly in my Christmas stash!

I just feel so blessed to have been the recipient of this amazing package and I can't wait until later to show you the rest...that is right, there is more!

Hi Jean, I have been following your blog, but haven't been very good about replying. I think you are a veryy special, wonderful woman. When I read your posts you are always thinking about others. You talked about making a charity quilt with the fabric you received, talked about helping Gene and Shannon and Sherry. You are such a giving person. I am happy to "know" you as a FB friend. PS did you cover your chairs (very pretty fabric)
