Where Oh Where Is Quiltingranny

No, I am not way over yonder in the PawPaw Patch. I am trying to rest in God, rest as needed and heal. I have so many things going on in my life, that my mind is plum full and my brain is starting to leak.

This week alone, I have had to see my Rheumatologist, had my yearly Mammogram, taken a test for Vocational Rehabilitation, gone to look at home we may or may not purchase depending on the negotiations for financing.

I have started a real weight loss and walking plan and I have taken to cat napping when my body tells me to.

I am still very exhausted!

This morning I came by to visit all of my wonderful blog friends from A-J. K-T you will be later today and T-Z I will see you tomorrow.

I just got in the remaining fabric I needed to finish the baby quilt and I will work on that today. It is really pretty and I don't think I will have a problem selling it.

I have been working on selling one to two things per week on a new shop/swap area a friend has set up and that is going well.

Hubby just ordered me the new retro Singer machine with all the accessories from HSN. I can't wait to get it.

Money for Operation Bring Adam home now has $50 in the fund.

We are going to negotiations today for a home we located about 25 miles from here where hubby works. It is on one acre and if the family will work with us, we will be moving. The bad thing is, I don't want to pull the kids out of the school they are in right now and it would mean driving 50 miles round trip per day.

So, Quiltingranny is still at home, still working on some things and on Monday, we will have our first giveaway of the year...not much but I promise it is cute!

Hi there. Thanks for your comment about the candle sticks. I did check E Bay both here in the US and the UK and didn't anything worth much more than $30. Where did you look?
Your quilts are beautiful. Unfortunately I don't sew.
