At first glance all you see are sweet, yummy cupcakes. But these are a delcious and healthy (at least healthier) alternative to a regular store bought or bakery bought cupcake. Why?
They use whole wheat flour instead of white flour, honey instead of sugar (I am not sure if that is healthier or not, but I think it has to be), fresh carrots, some pineapple and the frosting is made with low fat cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk.
The kids love them and don't realize how much better they are for them than a plain ole cupcake.
