Hands2Help Quilt Drive

We are proud to be one of the chosen charities this year at the
Hands2Help Quilt drive that Sarah does over at her blog,
Confessions of a Fabric Addict.

This is the fifth year that Sarah has taken this on and each year the number of quilts that has been sent off to each organization has gone up from the year before.

One of the neat things this year is that Sarah has listed a charity from Canada so for all my amazing Canadian quilters, you don't have to pay high postage costs to mail to the United States, you can mail within Canada.

Personally, me, however, I chose to reach out to my northern neighbors and will be sending two children's quilts to Canada to bless those who have blessed this ministry so many times when we had a need and some of you are so creative!

Postage is crazy high to send to Canada, many times those who live close to the border in Washington state have had friends who are from Washington mail them off or drop them off at our drop off points.

Last year, I mailed quilts off as well and while I haven't particularly felt well the last month or so, I know I can always reach out to one more person that will bring blessings to others!

I've joined this challenge this year and of course will be sending to the Canadian one. However even in Canada our postage is crazy. It just keeps going up and up. It should be fun to see how many quilts are donated. Hope you are feeling better soon!
