You Can't Have To Many Babies In A Home

My grandchildren are visiting and brought their parents along with them for the next few weeks, so our home is filled with lots of oh's and ah's and giggles.

Our latest grandson AJ is just adorable and all I want to do when I get home is sit and rock his sweet little cuddly self! I just can't get enough of his sweetness...then of course when he poops....oh my!

I took the video last night of his sister playing with a car that she spent hours with, running after it. She doesn't talk yet, but her laughter just fills the walls of the house and makes everyone feel so much better! How wonderful to have such a little sweetie here visiting.

They will only be here until the 15th and it just makes me so sad they will be going back to Arizona where I know they struggle to make ends meet and we would love to have them closer to us, but they love Arizona and I know how difficult it is to make a new start.

Oh well, I am not going to think about the day they leave or I will start crying!

Yesterday, they went for a walk with all the kids, how fun for the older ones to be able to show them things around here they love and find exciting. We have been blessed to have 2 days of sun while the rest of the country is under snow...I would rather have snow, but then they wouldn't be walking!

You know, I'm not a grandma yet -- and I'm not in any hurry for my 21 year old son to make me a grandma -- but I do look forward to that day. I'd adopt again if hubs was up to it....but he says he wants to experience empty nest syndrome some day before he dies so I'm out of luck. LOL. Enjoy your family!

Isn't it so much fun to cuddle babies and listen to the little kid's laughter. We are up to our eyeballs with snow in Iowa and I'd gladly ship you some if I could. Chicago really got hit hard, but we aren't that bad.

What a cute video. I bet your heart is overflowing with all the baby love right now! I cant wait for Little Bit to be big enough to walk around like your granddaughter. On the other hand I miss the itty bitty snuggly baby days. Funny how you mourn each stage and are so excited about the next one. I'm sure it's just as true about becoming a Grandma. Another stage to love. Hugs!

Oh your Grandbaby is so cute, I can see why you would want to hold me all day.
Thanks for the comment on my blog, and for the snow, if I could send some your way, I would. We have another 6 to 8 inches coming tomorrow through Wednesday. Oklahoma is just not used to all this snow. (don't tell anyone, but, I LOVE it.) ;)
