So, I am on day 4 of the Sibu Buckthorn Juice I received to review for the Sibu Beauty company and I am not saying it is doing miracles, but I do seem to be eating less since I have begun taking it.
Now, understand me that this is NOT advertised as a diet supplement, but a beauty suppliment and no where on the Sibu site does it say it can or should be used as a diet aide.
My personal opinion however is that I have no seemed to be over eating as I was before this.
It could be just a change in the weather, it could be my body is coming down with a cold or a million other reasons, but right now, I am saying it has seemed in some way to curb my appetiteand the flavor is wonderful if you let it chill in the fridge.
It has no dairy, wheat, gluten, sodium, yeast or preservatives, is 100% natural and has Omega 3, 6, 7 & 9 fatty acids.
I has buckthorn fruit puree, apple juice, grape juice, acerola fruit juic, banana puree, evaporated cane juice and to me it resembles carrot juice in color and appearance.
