Button, Button Who Can Make A Button?

I need a grab button for the Layers of Hope site. I have3 tried following Scrappy Blogs tutorial but it doesn't ever come out as needed it.

If you know how to make a grab button and can loan a hand I would appreciate it.

I am sorry however, I cannot pay for this to be done.
